By using https://www.tisktask.org/, (hereafter the website), or creating a Client Account through Tisk/Task, you agree, without any modification, to these terms of use. You also acknowledge reading the terms of use. The materials on our website contain general information to help you learn more about our company and its services as well as educational challenges as it pertains to the children discovering solutions to real world problems. The information on our website is subject to change without any notice.
Modification of Terms
Tisk/Task reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the website is offered. By using the website or sending our office any personal information, you agree to this policy, and you are deemed bound to this policy in effect beginning on the date of such use.
User Account/Personal Login Page
Tisk/Task provides its users and potential clients with the ability to create a User Account and access certain participant communications and modules within our website. Any information received by Tisk/Task through the registration process is held in strict confidence.
By establishing a User Account, you acknowledge and agree that in connection with your request for a User Account, and your use of your User Account, that you have read and agree to this Terms of Use related to the website including use of your User Account, you have read and understand the security processes that we maintain, and that there are always risks inherent with the transmission, storage, viewing and retrieval of data and files over the internet, including through the website. Additionally, Tisk/Task has a database that is compiled of all users whether they comment in a forum or request information. If you wish NOT to be part of this database, please respond below.
While Tisk/Task strives to allow the broadest range of comments and post. There are some comments and posts that are strictly prohibited. The Communications Decency Act (CDA), prohibits the “knowin[g]” sending or displaying to a person under 18 any message “that, in context, depicts or describes, in terms patently offensive as measured by contemporary community standards, sexual or excretory activities or organs.” Therefore, any content that appears to be of this nature will not be allowed.

Transactions communicated through our website through your User Account are conducted over Secure HTTP, which provides you with the highest industry standard protection available on the web. All payments are processed by Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) compliant credit card processor, and no credit card or payment account numbers are stored on our servers. Tisk/Task uses the website designer Braid LLC, (https://www.wearebraid.com), a Virginia company, to create the layout and some of the content of our website as well as providing off-site and cloud server storage to store the entire website’s content. Neither Tisk/Task nor the website assumes responsibility for the content, security or reliability of any websites to which we have posted links. Spamming, the unsolicited broadcasts of email addresses or links in this website, is prohibited and unauthorized.
Payment
No fee will be charged or obligation incurred by registering on our website. After the client’s payment of the agreed upon price is confirmed through a Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) compliant credit card processor, the participant will have access to the portal according to their classification. If further communication with the company is required, the participant may post a separate question through the messaging function on the portal or email the company.

Jurisdiction
The terms of this agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. The state and federal courts located in Thomas County, Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any case or controversy arising from or relating to this agreement, our website, or any services provided by Tisk/Task. Each person who registers on this website consents irrevocably to personal jurisdiction in such courts with the respect to any matters and waives any defense of forum non conveniens. Furthermore, each person who registers on this website is deemed to have knowingly and voluntarily waived any right to a trial by jury in any case or controversy related to this agreement, our website or any services provided by Tisk/Task.
Assignment
The rights and obligations created for you under this agreement may not be assigned to any other party.
Force Majeure
Tisk/Task and any of its agents shall not be deemed to be in breach of this agreement for any delay or failure in performance caused by reasons out of its reasonable control, including acts of God or a public enemy; natural calamities; failure of a third party to perform; changes in the laws or regulations; actions of any civil, military or regulatory authority; power outage or other disruptions of communication methods or any other cause which would be out of the reasonable control of Tisk/Task.
Severance
In the event that one or more of the provisions of this agreement shall be found unenforceable, illegal or invalid, it shall not affect any other provisions of this agreement, and this agreement shall be construed as if the provision found to be unenforceable, illegal or invalid had never been contained in the agreement, or the unenforceable, illegal or invalid provision shall be construed, amended and/or reformed to be made enforceable, legal and valid.
